Predict the Premier League: Birmingham and West Ham toast successful week

Bookmark and Share

Birmingham and West Ham United are riding high in the Championship and Steve Coulter and Mitch Waddon have done their teams proud by recording the joint highest scores of the week.

Blues fans Steve got his points tally courtesy of four perfect score predictions and three correct outcomes - the same as Hammer Mitch. They both correctly predicted Spurs would beat Everton 2-0, Man United would see off Bolton 3-0 and that Norwich would triumph over West Brom 2-1. Steve also saw Villa drawing with Everton 1-1, while Mitch had Blackburn down to beat Fulham 3-1.

Their nearest challenger was Squarefootball's Hugh Larkin on 10.

It wasn't such a good week for Aston Villa's Lynette Ranson though, who failed to pick up a sinle point after a no-show and it was even worse for Squarefootball editor Antony Melvin who has slipped into the bottom three following a weekly points total of just four.

The table below will illustrate the main winners and losers of the past weekend.
