Predict the Premier League: Aberdeen erase their Scottish Cup semi-final heartache

Bookmark and Share

Craig Brown's Aberdeen had the chance to reach their first Scottish Cup final in more than a decade last weekend. Unfortunately, the Dons failed to do the business on the park against Hibernian and the Red Army must wait another year for a chance to end their trophy drought.

Fortunately Aberdeen fan Colin Illingworth has something to smile about, after topping our Predict the Premier League table, alongside his Squarefootball colleague Hugh Larkin. The pair of them scored 22 points each over the past three weeks to soar to the top and climb the overall table.

Current leader Blackpool's Phil Trow cemented his place at the top with a score of 21, while Portsmouth's Peter Rendle picked up 19.

It wasn't such a good time for our other Portsmouth fan Dan Taylor, two, or Fulham's Russell Goldman, three, but again no-shows from Rochdale's Matt Turner and Aston Villa's Lynette Ranson kept them off the foot of the table.

Here is who scored what over the past three matchdays.
