Newcastle United v Manchester United: Will Pardew beat Sir Alex again?

Bookmark and Share

Newcastle v man utd

Newcastle United claimed a famous win over Manchester United in January as the Mags sent Sir Alex home with a 3-0 beating, but can they pile the pressure on the Red Devils again this afternoon?

Manchester United lost at home to Spurs last weekend for the first time in 23 years and their defence was a real cause of concern. However, with RVP and Rooney in the team, the Red Devils will always pose a real goal threat.

Newcastle are unbeaten at home this season and could go level on points with Manchester United with a win today. The visitors though will be keen to keep within touching distance of Chelsea though. Victory for them will take them level with champions City and just four points behind Roberto Di Matteo's side.

With the likes of Ba, Cisse, RVP and Rooney on show, there should be goals today, but who will come out on top? Our pundits have their say.
