Swansea City v Reading: Will the Swans get back to winning ways?

Bookmark and Share

Swansea v Reading

Swansea City started the season on fire but have failed to score in their past three league outings. Reading on the other hand are still waiting to record their first win of the season, so who will come out on top in this one?

This will be the first top flight meeting between the two sides and both will be confident of picking up all three points. Swansea are at home and not too many teams have left the Liberty Stadium with a point since they entered the top flight. Reading also haven't beaten Swansea in Wales since 2001.

Meanwhile Brain McDermott will be hoping Reading can finally record their first win of the campaign by beating the team who ended their Premier League dreams in the play-off final in 2011. The Royals are an honest team and should have taken all three points last weekend but for Demba Ba's controversial second goal. They have won more league meetings than Swansea (27 to 25) but this is a Swansea side blessed with pace, movement and ability.

There is only one winner in our pundits' eyes.
