Wigan v Everton: Can the Latics stop the Toffees?

Bookmark and Share

Wigan v everton

Everton are having a great season and on paper this looks like an easy win for the Toffees but previous meetings between the two at the DW Stadium have been close affairs.

David Moyes's men have only won their three times in Premier League history - the last win coming in 2010 thanks to a late Tim Cahill goal - and late goals always seem to be the order of the day.

But this Everton side looks full of energy, creativity and goals. Surely they won't slip up at Wigan, will they?

The Latics are still waiting for their first home win of the season. Our pundits will be amazed if they record it here.

Wigan Athletic v Everton; Kick Off 3pm October 6 2012
