West Brom v Norwich City: Will the Baggies bring the Canaries back to earth?

Bookmark and Share

West brom v Norwich

West Brom ended their three-game losing streak last weekend at home to West Ham but Steve Clarke will still be concerned as the Baggies haven't found the back of the net in their past three outings. Today they take on Norwich City, who haven't tasted defeat in 10 Premier League outings.

The Canaries beat Wigan last weekend and head to the Hawthorns full of confidence. Not only due to their impressive league form, but for the fact that in six of the past seven meetings with West Brom the visitors have left victorious!

Despite the contrast in the two sides opening fixtures, Norwich City could go above West Brom with a win this afternoon. Nobody would have seen that coming after seven games. But West Brom are still a good side and they will get back to winning ways at some point. Steve Clarke will just be hoping that it starts this afternoon.

Surprisingly, given Norwich's recent positive run of form, the majority of pundits believe their luck will run out today and that the Baggies will pick up their first three points in five games.
