Predict the Premier League: Sunderland and Wigan remain neck and neck

Bookmark and Share

Sunderland's Tony Ratton was the man to beat in our Predict the Premier League competition, but since the turn of the year Wigan Athletic fan Jimmy Shine and even Manchester City's Callum Rothwell have both taken over top spot. However, today, as we update the league for the first team in a month, the Black Cats are back on top, but only alphabetically from Wigan.

Liverpool's Dave Disciascio has been our top performer over the past month, pulling in a whopping 42 points, 10 more than his nearest challenger, Stoke City's Peter Holland, to soar up the table, but the destination of our coveted title remains a mystery.

Swansea City's Jim Barry is only six points off top spot, with Man City just a point further behind, with Aston Villa's Frank Pattison and West Brom's Andy Wakeman also in the frame.

Here is how the table looks going into the international break.
