West Brom: Would you like to write for Squarefootball?

Bookmark and Share

West Brom fans can puff their chest out and hold their head up high on holiday this summer after enjoying their best campaign ever last season in the Premier League. Former Chelsea and Liverpool number two Steve Clarke worked wonders at the Hawthorns leading the Baggies to an eight-place finish and the Scot will be keen to build on that for this coming season.

The Baggies have now transformed themselves from a yo-yo club to an established Premier League outfit - and one that plays great football to boot - and they currently lord it over their Black Country rivals Wolves. They were also the highest placed Midlands side in the country last season. It must be a great time to be an Albion fan.

Baggies shane longWith the 2013/14 season fast approaching, we are trying to increase our squad of writers and are desperately looking for a West Brom fan to join us. If you are a budding sports journalist or just a loyal fan ready to share your views with our army of loyal and growing readers then we'd love to hear from you.

From transfer tales to analysis of new signings and past legends, we are giving you the chance to be creative and engage with our loyal and growing audience. You can focus solely on the mighty Albion or even spread your wings and write about the beautiful game in general, tackling the big issues head on.

Whatever you want to do, we can give you the platform to do it.

All we ask for is at least one article a week - ideally between 400 to 600 words - but if you can knock out more copy than British boxer Audley Harrison can manage inside the ring then that's brilliant.

For more information please use the contact form below and we will be back in touch shortly. Alternatively contact us on Twitter via @sqfMelvin or @sqf_illingworth

We hope to hear from you soon.

Boing, boing!
